Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (Nigeria) We deliver to all locations within Nigeria. Estimated delivery time is 1–3 working days from the date of dispatch. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. Estimated delivery time for international orders is 14–18 business days from the date of dispatch. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Local Pickup We offer local pickup as a delivery option. Once your order is ready, you will be notified with pickup details and instructions.

Order Tracking All orders come with a tracking number. You will receive your tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are covered by FAKE only in cases where the wrong item was delivered. If you received an item different from what you ordered on our online store, please contact us and we will arrange and cover the return at no cost to you. For all other return requests, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
